Refund & Returns Policy
Initiating a Return
The return initiation process is as follows:
- Customers must submit a RMA form.
- Must include return details, including the order number(s), product SKUs, quantity per product, and reason for the return on the RMA form.
- Our customer service team will communicate with the sales representative if any information is missing to process the RMA. If the RMA is approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
Return Conditions
For a successful return, the following conditions must be met:
- The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, or complimentary items must also be included with the return.
- A copy of the RMA document must be included with the shipment.

Refund and Processing
Refunds and processing will adhere to the following guidelines:
- Returns within 45 days: Once the returned product is received, inspected, and has met the return conditions, customers can choose between a product replacement or a credit applied to their account balance.
- Returns between 45 to 120 days: Eligibility for returns within this window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with appropriate refunds or credits processed accordingly.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
